Chinese style Pancake

Hello guys! Can’t stand to introduce you that our Chinese Style Pancake. I know you guys never try it before.


1 cup flour

1 Sliced Onion

1/4 Sliced carrot

1 teaspoon salt

300ml water


1.  Put the flour into a large mixing bowl. Add the salt and stir to combine.

2. Slowly add the water into flour mixture.  Don’t added the water at one times. You should added a little water at a time while stirring the flour mixture until it becomes smooth and not so sticky.

3. Cut the onion & carrots into small slices. Fry the sliced onions & carrots on the pan.

4. Add little salt into sliced onions & carrots while frying. When the sliced onions turns slightly golden brown, take out from the pan, and put into the flour liquid.

5. Add 2 tablespoons of oil into a skillet over medium-high heat. Pour 5 tablespoons of flour liquid on the pan.  Shallow fry the pancake each side until it turns golden brown. Flip and fry the other side.

*P/S: it is too delicious & hot, not advisable to serve immediately.



Someone told me that, you should take a break, but not too long.
